- Need to add Additional Benefit Holders?
Often your landlord or places where you work, such as hotels, healthcare centers, spas and resorts, require that they be listed on your Certificate of Insurance as an Additional Benefit Holder or Additional Insured to specifically cover the work you do there.
If someone has asked for this coverage, just download our Member Update and Order Form, fill out the Additional Benefit Holders portion of it, and either mail or fax it to us. There is a $10 charge for each one, but there are no further charges after five are listed.
